Where do you operate?

We offer rentals across Kenya and can arrange delivery to lodges, hotels, airports, and safari destinations for an additional fee based on cost of
service.

Is there a minimum rental period?

No minimum — we’re flexible! Whether you need a day or a few weeks, we’ve got you covered./p>

Are the items clean and safe?

Every item is thoroughly sanitised and inspected after each use to ensure it’s safe and ready for your family. All products are UK certified.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a 50% refundable deposit is required for certain rental item to cover potential damage or loss. Get in touch with us to find out more.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can modify or cancel up to 24 hours before your rental begins

What happens if an item gets damaged?

Minor wear and tear is expected. However, significant damage or loss may result in partial or full deduction of the deposit.

Where do I drop off my equipment after the rental?

We have a collection service within Nairobi at no extra cost however we can assist with collections outside Nairobi at an additional cost.
